Instructions :

Do not connect the quick coupler to a high side service port or any A/C system with a pressure higher than 170 PSIG. This may cause can to burst to result in serious injury & store in cold place always.

Direction for use :

  • Check the A/C system nameplate typically found under the hood of the vehicle for the maximum charge amount.
  • Do not overcharge. Doing so may damage the A/C system.
  • Locate the low-pressure service port of the A/C system, remove the dust cap.
  • "THE LOW-PRESSURE SERVICE PORT WILL BE LOCATED ON THE LARGE DIAMETER ALUMINUM TUBING OF THE A/C SYSTEM. IT IS LOCATED BETWEEN THE EVAPORATOR AND THE COMPRESSOR"
  • Unscrew the trigger dispenser from the can. Remove the plastic protector from the gauge assembly.
  • Reattach the trigger dispenser to the can, turn until snug then turn 1/6 of a turn to tighten.
  • Gas will escape the can momentarily but will stop once the gauge is tightened all the way down.
  • Shake can well.
  • Start vehicle engine, set A/C to the maximum cold setting, and fan set to high.
  • Connect quick coupler to the low-pressure service port.
  • Note the pressure reading of the system before charging.
  • If the pressure reading is "LOW" or if the compressor is cycling on and off rapidly, add refrigerant to the A/C system by squeezing the trigger firmly.
  • Squeeze until the compressor runs continuously or until pressure is within range of the corresponding ambient temperature found on the trigger dispenser gauge.
  • The compressor must be running to obtain the proper reading.
  • While adding refrigerant to A/C system, hold can upright while rotating (rocking) cans sideways every 3 to 4 seconds.
  • If the can feels empty, invert the can for 1 minute to ensure all the product has been dispensed.
  • Release the trigger, check the pressure reading during charging and compare it to the ambient temperature/pressure graphic on the trigger dispenser gauge to ensure it is within the proper range.
  • If the pressure reading of the A/C system is in the "WARNING" area and stays there, seek professional help.
