AUTO1 is dedicated to being the one-stop solution for all automotive needs. Our effort to provide these products and services at the best value and at our customers’ convenience has made us go the extra mile to deliver them at the doorstep – while you stay at home. Our Delivery is FREE inside Kuwait for orders of 20 KD and above*. Orders below 20 KD are subject to a 1 KD delivery charge**.
We don't accept orders from outside Kuwait, Please follow us regularly for updates on the shipping.
We offer standard shipping options, which usually takes 1 to 3 working days. At the time of buying your product, check for the applicable standard delivery and installation options. In cases where the purchase includes only products they will be delivered directly by third-party logistics providers or in cases where installation service is applicable and has been selected, these orders will be fulfilled through myAUTO1 service.
Order Processing:
We strive to process online orders as soon as possible, typically 1-3 business days from the purchase date and between 9:00 am till 5:00 pm every day except on Friday and public holidays. Processing time should be considered in addition to the delivery time listed above when deciding which delivery method to use. Processing time, and delivery, is dependent on payment authorization, product inventory and weather conditions or delays outside our control. We may contact you for additional information if necessary. Orders are processed Sunday - Thursday, except on holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery method, weight and dimensions of each item and the shipping destination. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout are adjusted as changes are applied to your cart. Orders are processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order your credit card is pre-authorized to ensure the funds are available, but your account is not charged until the order ships.
Shipping Weight:
Certain items exceeding weight and size limitations are excluded from all shipping promotions and may require additional shipping fees.

Free Delivery:
Free delivery across Kuwait on purchase worth KD 50 or more and where item weight is below 5kg, for purchases exceeding 5kgs refer the shipping weight table.
Precise Delivery:
Ensure your address details are entered accurately and your purchased products and services will be delivered right to your preferred location.
The Registered User who placed the product order (or his/her authorized person - provided adequate proof of such authorization) must receive delivery of the ordered product.
In case you were not at the specified location for the order delivery, our staff will depart and the order will be returned for another delivery attempt on a subsequent day.
In case our staff are unable to reach the customer within 7 business days from the date of placing the order; then it will be automatically considered as canceled.

- Kuwait: All Urban & Industrial Areas and excluding areas listed in Rest of Kuwait.

Our state of art mobile auto service truck with professional mechanics will offer installation service as selected by the customer during the purchase. Our technicians will be happy to assist you with other services which include tires, lubes, brakes, suspension, auto glass & battery services at a quick time and at a fee that is payable to our service team as hereunder:

Please make sure you are at the shipping address (or another adult over 18) at the time of the visit. We would also need to have the vehicle keys and clear access and space around the car in case installation services have been requested. Before We Arrive:
Installation:
Our team will deliver and install your product and make sure they are tested to ensure there are no faults.

Notifications:
Should we discover any issues with the availability of an item(s) while processing your order; a Customer Relations Representative will contact you to discuss possible options. Items in an order will not be shipped out separately; any additional items in your order will be held for shipment until the issue is resolved.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Your shipments' shipper tracking number will also be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for your shipping information to be available on the shippers tracking application.
To ensure prompt and timely delivery, the customer will be contacted at least 30 minutes prior to delivery. In the event where you are not at home or at the specified location for order delivery, the driver will wait at the address mentioned for 10 minutes with your ordered Products. Inability to establish contact during that time will prompt him to depart and you have to contact the customer support team on 1822220.
Signatures:
All orders require customer signature as confirmation of receipt upon delivery of product/ service.
Delivery Issues:
After you have received notification of your order shipping, any inquiries about your package delivery prior to your estimated delivery date should be handled by contacting the shipper.
