Prices and Payment transactions (including authorizations and settlements) will be in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD).

We accept payments through payment method such as K-Net, Visa, and Master card. We will process payment from your credit or debit card at the time we receive your order for the relevant products & services. Upon completing a transaction using the site, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.

You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received. We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond our control.

Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for the refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer.

Any Discount Coupons/ Vouchers if applicable should be applied prior to checkout.

In the event that we are not satisfied with the credibility of the User, we will have the right to reject the payment.

Products are supplied subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the Products, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the Products.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your My Auto1 account as an online store credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on policies.
