Permatex® Aviation Form-A-Gasket® No. 3 Sealant Liquid (80017)

Slow-drying, non-hardening brush-top sealant approved for use in aviation as well as automotive applications. Temperature range -65°F to 400°F (-54°C to 204°C); resists gasoline, oil, and grease.

Application:

1. Automobile

   Suggested Applications: Close-fitting machined surfaces, sealing hoses, and solid gaskets.

2. Marine

   Suggested Applications: Close-fitting machined surface

Instructions for Us:

Use a brush to apply a thin, even coat to each surface. Allow air-drying a few minutes before fastening the parts into position. If thinning is necessary, add 188 proof denatured alcohol. For use on most types of gaskets, machined surfaces, and screw thread connections of the airplane and automobile engines.
