Conditions of Sale: Limited Warranty

Warranty covers all tires sold through Al Ghannam Tires Center Co WLL (from here on referred as “GTC” or it's authorized sales channels.
Warranty will cover manufacturing defects only, till one year from the date of Invoice.
Warranty does not cover any consequential damage/loss to the vehicle or any kind of incidental losses.
Original life of tread is considered to end when its depth reaches TWI as applicable, after which claim will not be considered.
Warranty is applicable only if tires are mounted on the same vehicle as shown in the invoice during purchase.
Vibration issues should be reported maximum within 10 days of purchase, after which the service will be charged and replacement not entertained in any case.
The claim settlement for a defective tire will be made by crediting the customer for remaining tread life of the tire.
The maximum claim settlement would not exceed either the nett price or as replacement of a new tire of same/ compatible size as per the discretion of GTC.
In all cases, GTC's decision to accept a claim will be final.
Limited warranty does not cover tyre failures (whether repairable or not) due to following but not limited to:
External hazards (Impact/ Cuts/ Bruise? Puncture through pavements/ divider balls/ pot holes, etc.,)
Improper tire size other than recommended by vehicle manufacturer or tire used with incompatible valves, rims or wheels.
Tires fitted to vehicles carrying loads/ running at speeds higher than load/ speed index on sidewall.
Tires subjected to improper maintenance/ willful abuse/ used in wrong applications.
Misalignment resulting in unevven/rapid wear.
Damages due to tyre mounting/ demounting.
Fire/ Accident/ Theft or Vandalism.
Mechanical defects in the vehicle.
Tires used in Racing/ competition.
Under Inflated/ Over Inflated.
Climatic/ Ozone effects.
Warranty Procedure
Should any complaint arise, the claim must be accompanied with the original sales invoice.
GTC reserves right to give a final decision on claim after it's inspected by company representative.
Incase warranty is applicable and within aforesaid conditions, GTC will settle the claim by issuing a brand new tire of same or compatible size based on availability at the prevailing GTC list price, after the customer pays the amount equivalent to the life used on the tire prior to claim.

Customers are kindly requested to collect the old tyres at the time of changing new tyres and GTC is not responsible for storage of old tires.
Friday no administration. No claims will be settled on Friday.

شروط البيع: ضمان محدود

يغطــي الضمــان كافــة الاطــارات المباعــة مــن خــلال شــركة مركــز الغــنام للاطارات (يشار اليها فيما يلي بالرمز ”GTC (”أو من خلال قنوات المبيعات الخاصة بها المفوضة بذلك.
يغطــي الضمــان العيــوب المصنعيــة فقــط ، وحتــى ســنة واحــدة مــن تاريــخ الفاتورة.
لايغطــي الضمــان أي اضــرار / خســائر تبعيــة تلحق بالمركبــة او أي نوع من الخسائر العرضية.
تعتبــر حيــاة العجلــة الأصليــة منتهيــة عندما يصــل عمقهــا TWI كما هو محدد ولا يتم النظر فيما بعد ذلك.
يطبــق الضمــان فقــط في حــال كــون الاطــارات مركبــة علــى نفــس المــركبة المذكورة في الفاتورة أثناء الشراء.
يجب الاخبار عن مشــاكل الاهتزاز خلال مدة أقصاها ١٠ أيام من الشــراء ، بعــد ذلــك يتــم وضع رســوم علــى الخدمة ، والاســتبدال غير ممكــن في هذه الحالة.
يتــم تســوية الطلــب للاطــار الــذي به عيب عــن طريق تصديــق العميل عن باقي حياة العجلة المتبقية للاطار.
ان تســوية الطلــب لــن يتجــاوز في حــده الأقصــى الســعر الصــافي أو سعراستبدال اطار جديد من نفس القياس / التوافق ، كما ترغب GTC .
فـي كافة الأحوال ، يكون قرار GTC لقبول الطلب نهائي.
لا يغطــي الضمــان المحدود عجز الاطارات (القابلة أو غير قابلة للتصليح) والناتج عجز ها بسبب ولا تقتصر على ما يلى:
المســببات الخارجيــة (تصــادم ، الشــقوق ، الرضــوض ، الثقــوب من الأرصفة ، كرات المقسم ، الحفر ، الخ.)
استخدام قياسات اطارات غير مناسبة مخالفة لتلك الموصي بها من مصنــع المركبــة ، أو اســتخدام الاطــارات مــع صمامــات أو حافــات أو عجلات غير مناسبة.
الاطارات ا�هزة لمركبات الحمولات / السير بسرعات أكبر من سرعة الحمولة لمؤشر الجدار الجانبي.
الاطــارات المتعرضــة لصيانــة غيــر لائقــة / المســتخدمة في تطبيقات خاطئة.
الاختلال المؤدي الى قدرة / سرعة غير متساوية.
الأضرار الناتجة عن تركيب أو ازالة الاطارات.
الحريق / الحوادث / السرقة / التخريب.
العيوب الميكانيكية في المركبة.
الاطارات المستخدمة في السباق / التنافس.
تضخم (انتفاخ) أقل / أعلى
مؤثرات المناخ / الأوزون
اجراءات الضمان
فـي حال وجود أي شكوى ، يقدم الطلب مع فاتورة البيع الأصلية. تحتفــظ GTC بحــق اعطــاء قــرار نهائــي فيما يتعلــق بالطلب بعد قيام ممثل الشركة بالفحص.
قيام ممثل الشركة بالفحص. فــي حــال تطبيــق الضمان بموجــب الشــروط الســابقة ، تقوم GTC تسوية الطلب بتقديم اطار جديد بالقياس و التوافق المناسبان على اســاس التوافــر في قائمــة أســعار GTC الســائدة ، بعــد قيــام العميــل بدفع المبلغ المعادل لحياة الاطار المستخدمة قبل الطلب.
يتم تسوية المطالبة للعميل فقط بعد قيامه بتسديد كافة مبالغه / فواتيره المعلقة.
يرجى من العملاء جمع الاطارات القديمة عند تغيير ها بأخري جديدة، حيث ان GTC غير مسؤلة عن تخزين الاطارات القديمة.
الادارة غير متوفرة يوم الجمعة لانقبل طلبات الاسترجاع او التبديل يوم الجمعة.
