How much do I need to pay for my delivery service?
There is no extra cost involved for our Home delivery service. However an theauto1.com shopping cart should be at a minimum amount of 20 KD to qualify for free delivery, all orders under the 20 KD amount will incur a minimum fee of 1.5 KD depending on the volumetric weight of the product.

I bought an item yesterday and I found that it is not working?
We will accept return of the item within 7 days if the item is not working or is found defective. Please make sure the original packing is available, and refer to our Returns and Exchange policy.
The items I purchased was delivered a month ago and is still packed as received, I would like to get the products installed now?
